| PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation is strongly recommended due to extremely limited parking at Auditorium Shores. Bus service ranges from free to 50 cents and the Downtown ‘Dillo service is free. You can plan your trip online or call the Capital Metro Go Line at 512-474-1200. From the Stadium along Red River you can take Route 15 or Route 20 southbound to be dropped off within walking distance of Auditorium Shores.
Cycling is the way to get around in Austin and the Bicycle Sports Shop will have free bicycle parking. You can find the free bicycle parking area on Riverside Drive near the roundabout just west of South First Street. You can also rent bicycles at reasonable rates.
Taxis should be called well in advance. Visit the online directory for listings.
You may park at the Convention Center garage at 201 E. 2nd Street. Complimentary bus service will be provided to and from Auditorium Shores.

The Palmer Events Center garage for $7. The north entrance is on Riverside Drive near South First Street. The south entrance is on Barton Springs Road between Bouldin and Dawson. This is the closest location that is accessible for people with disabilities.
